Bringing Hope to Dodoma

District Humanitarian Team Serves 150 Children in Need

On 11th May 2025, the District Humanitarian Team, in collaboration with the Tumaini Foundation, carried out a powerful Hunger and Humanitarian service activity in Dodoma, reaching and serving 150 children in need with essential food and personal care supplies.

This impactful outreach exemplified our commitment to addressing hunger, improving well-being, and showing compassion where it’s needed most.

Items Donated Included:

  • Cooking Oil: 20L
  • Tambi: 1 Carton
  • Sugar: 25kg
  • Rice: 50kg
  • Sembe (Maize Flour): 50kg
  • Azam Juice: 14 Cartons
  • Azam Biscuits: 4 Cartons
  • Salt: 1 Carton
  • Maharage (Beans): 50kg
  • Wheelchairs: 1
  • Toothbrushes: 6 Dozen
  • Body Oil: 6 Dozen
  • Toothpaste: 6 Dozen

These supplies will go a long way in nourishing young lives and improving the quality of care for the children supported by Tumaini Foundation.
