On behalf of Leos of District 411C Tanzania, we successfully conducted a *Leo Leadership Training on 13th February 2026 at Skwerez Restaurant with 20 Leos in attendance.
The session was facilitated by LCIP Lion Shabbir Khalfan and FDI Lion Ramadevi Iyer, focusing on:
• Personal leadership fundamentals
• Leo club structure and roles
• Discipline and integrity in leadership
Participants gained practical leadership skills
Confidence and collaboration improved
Strong commitment to apply learning in clubs
